It has been awhile.
In the last blog post (and we’ll just kindly ignore how long it has been since I last posted in my blog), I linked to my serial Some Things Magic. This fantasy/alternate reality series of short stories was originally hosted on Kindle Vella. Now that Amazon is winding down its attempt at bringing back the serialized novel, I will be uploading the first portion on my own website.
If you’ve followed me home from the ruins of Vella to the dusty manse of elkwriter.com, welcome. You’ll recognize the first arc over the next month or so as I upload it. For those just now seeing the lights in the dilapidated blog house and wondering what manner of mischief is going on, pop into the parlor for a tale and piece of toast with Hormingway Best Raspberry Jam.
Thanks for your patience as I muddle through WordPress again; the calluses on my fingers are nearly healed, and need building up once more.
